Eric "Butterbean" Esch
BUTTERBEAN! One of my all-time favorite fighters. He has been a boxer, kickboxer, and MMA fighter. I think they call him Butterbean because he looks like a butterbean, but his real name is Eric Esch. He is 5'11" tall and weighs over 400lbs (and growing?). He hits like a Mack Truck though, and is not your typical fat person, although his round physique, bald head, menacing scowl, and American Flag trunks looks make him a very entertaining person to watch fight, but a terrifying person to be in the ring with.
Eric "Butterbean" Esch is the former IBA World Super-Heavyweight Boxing Champion and also held the WAA World Heavyweight title. Butterbean currently resides in Jasper, Alabama where he owns a restaurant called Mr Bean BBQ.
